HexaBee uses Stripe Connect - funds go straight to you, never held by us.
Configure your profile
Add your business name, IBAN, country, and upload a sample invoice.
Your public payment link is auto-generated from your business name.

Go to Settings > Payment Methods to toggle which methods your clients see.
Share your payment link
Once set up, you get a unique payment link. Add it to your invoices.
Add this link to your PDF invoices or email body. When clients click it, HexaBee pre-fills all payment details.
Upload a sample invoice PDF in Settings. HexaBee learns your invoice format and extracts data more accurately for your clients.

Generate a QR code or program an NFC sticker from your merchant settings. Customers scan and pay instantly from their phone.

Common questions
Is HexaBee free to use?â–¾
No monthly fees, no setup fees. HexaBee charges a small transaction fee (0.5%) on each payment, on top of standard Stripe processing fees. Payers never see the fee - they pay exactly the invoice amount.
What browsers does HexaBee support?â–¾
HexaBee works on Google Chrome. Outlook Web support is coming soon.
Does HexaBee access my email?â–¾
HexaBee only reads the current email you have open - specifically to detect invoice attachments and payment links. It never scans your inbox or stores your emails.
How do merchants receive money?â–¾
Merchants connect their Stripe account during onboarding. All payments go directly to their Stripe account and then to their bank. HexaBee never holds funds.
What if the PDF data is not extracted correctly?â–¾
You can always edit the amount and reference manually on the payment page before paying. Nothing is sent without your review.
Is my payment information secure?â–¾
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. HexaBee never stores card details.
Do I need an account to pay an invoice?â–¾
No. Payers can simply click the HexaBee link in their invoice email. No registration or login required. The Chrome extension is optional for PDF auto-scanning.
What currencies are supported?â–¾
GBP and EUR are fully supported. Currency is automatically set based on the merchant's country.
Do I need a card terminal for in-person payments?â–¾
No. HexaBee lets you accept card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay using just a QR code or NFC sticker - no hardware required. Customers scan, enter the amount, and pay from their phone in seconds.
Can I send a payment link without an invoice?â–¾
Yes. HexaBee payment links work standalone - generate one from your dashboard, send via any channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS), and your customer pays through a hosted checkout page. No PDF or invoice needed.
